Courtney was absolutely brilliant. We had an unconditional full asking price offer 2 days before we went on the market. How amazing! We were downsizing and the market was crazy, not only was she really helpful with advice on everything from finding the property we wanted and needed, but she also had amazing ideas of ways to structure the offer so we would get the house we wanted at a good price, when multiple bids were going in.
